No. The manual is yours either way. Take it to another shop or work through it yourself. It says the same thing whoever is holding it.

What happens after I order?

Your payment goes through and I reach out to book your kickoff call. That call is step one, and everything else follows it.

How long does it take?

One call to start, an hour or less. Then about a week of work on my side before the manual comes back to you.

Can we skip it and just build the site?
