What we collect
Information you give us: your name, email, phone number and message when you use the contact form, email us or call; and your email and invoice details when you pay.
Information collected automatically: pages visited, the device and browser used, approximate location from your IP address, and how you arrived at the site. This comes from the analytics and advertising tools listed below.
How we use it
To answer you, do the work you hire us for, send receipts and invoices, and understand which pages help people and which do not. We do not sell your information.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch or get stored on our site. Stripe keeps the payment record; we see the amount, your email and the last four digits of the card.
Tools that process information for us
Stripe (payments and billing), GoHighLevel (contact form and customer records), Resend (sign-in codes by email), PostHog and Google Analytics (site analytics), Meta Pixel and LeadConnector (advertising and lead tracking), Google Maps (the office map), and Vercel (hosting). The blog is hosted on WordPress. Each follows its own privacy policy.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to keep you signed in to your billing account, to measure visits, and to tell our advertising tools which ads led to a visit. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the site still works, though signing in to billing will not.
How long we keep it
Contact and client records are kept as long as we work together and as long as needed for our business and tax records afterward. Analytics data is kept by those tools under their own schedules.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email go@emboss.io and we will reply within 30 days.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
